Tracy is a fantastic coach and I highly recommend her. When my doctor informed me that my A1C was 6.4 and time to start diabetes 2 medicine, I decided to contact Tracy. With Tracy’s coaching my A1c went from 6.4 to 5.4 within 3 months and I have lost 28 pounds. With her nutrition tips and exercise suggestions, I feel much better and full of energy. My blood glucose was between 110-140 and now it ranges around 85-115.
